1. Admission & Ticket Policies

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• Admission prices are subject to change without notice.
• Special event pricing may differ from regular admission.
• The park reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or conduct concerns.

2. Assumption of Risk

Visitors understand that Gator Country Louisiana is a wildlife sanctuary housing live animals. By entering the park, guests assume all risks associated with visiting an animal facility, including but not limited to:

• Interaction with animals
• Outdoor terrain
• Weather conditions

Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times.

3. Animal Interaction Rules

• Guests must follow handler instructions during feeding shows and interactive experiences.
• Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the park without refund.
• Certain experiences may require signed waivers.

4. Photography & Media Release

By entering the park, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken on-site for promotional or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

5. Event & Party Bookings

• Deposits may be required for group events and parties.
• Event pricing and guest limits must be followed.
• Additional guest fees apply as outlined at time of booking.

6. Merchandise Sales

• Wildlife products (including gator heads) are sold in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• All merchandise sales are final unless defective.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

8. Liability Limitation

Gator Country Louisiana, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit except as required by law.
