Booking & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Gator Country Louisiana. Please review the following booking and refund policies before purchasing tickets or reserving group experiences.

General Admission & Adventure Package Tickets

• All daily admission ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Tickets are valid only for the date selected at purchase (if date-based).
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.
• In the event of severe weather or park closure, tickets may be rescheduled for a future date at management’s discretion.

Birthday Parties & Group Bookings

• A deposit may be required to reserve birthday parties or group experiences.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if requested at least 7 days in advance and subject to availability.
• Final guest counts must be confirmed prior to the event.
• Additional guest fees will apply for guests exceeding the reserved amount.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled group event without prior notice may result in forfeiture of deposit and booking.

Field Trips

• School field trips must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled visit.
• Deposits (if required) may be applied toward a rescheduled date within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Special Events

• Tickets for special events (including holiday events, themed weekends, and promotions) are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Gator Country Louisiana.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

Weather Policy

Gator Country Louisiana is an outdoor facility. Light rain or normal seasonal weather does not qualify for refunds. In cases of severe weather that result in full park closure, guests will be contacted regarding rescheduling options.

Merchandise Purchases

• All gift shop and online merchandise sales are final.
• Exchanges are permitted only for defective items within 7 days of purchase, with receipt.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
